ERW quvurlarini ishlab chiqarish jarayoni:

 

Yuqori-chastotali tekis tikuvli elektr-qarshilikdagi payvandlangan po'lat quvur(erw po'lat quvur) mashinani shakllantirishdan so'ng issiq -o'ralgan rulon, yuqori chastotali oqim teri effekti va yaqinlik effektlarini qo'llash, trubaning chetini isitish va eritish, ishlab chiqarishga erishish uchun bosimli payvandlash ostida siqish rulosi.

Yuqori-chastotali qarshilik payvandlash po'lat quvurlari, payvandlash trubkasi va oddiy payvandlash jarayoni bir xil emas, chok korpusdan asosiy metall eritmasidan qilingan, mexanik quvvati umumiy quvurga qaraganda yaxshiroq. Yumshoq ko'rinish, yuqori aniqlik, arzon narxlardagi payvand choki yuqori va kichik, qulay 3PE korroziyaga qarshi{3}}qoplam. Yuqori chastotali payvandlangan quvur va suv ostidagi boshq manba quvurlari o'rtasida payvandlash usullarida sezilarli farqlar mavjud. Payvandlash bir zumda yuqori tezlikda amalga oshirilganligi sababli, payvandlash sifatini ta'minlashning qiyinligi suv ostida payvandlashdan ancha yuqori.
